Help us welcome in the NEW YEAR Japanese style, with Kangeiko!
Kangeiko is the Japanese Budo (martial art) concept of training in severe “cold” weather, in order to condition the mind, body and spirit, to help overcome challenges faced not only in the Dojo, but in life as well.
More importantly, it is a great way for Dojo members, and their families, to get to know each other more personally, and help the Dojo become a stronger family.
Kangeiko starts 15-30 minutes prior to sunrise. Be dressed in gi and ready to train by 6:45am.
We will be training at this exact location shown in the picture, just to the South entrance of Benny’s on the Beach. Parking is close, bathrooms to change in close by as well.
Immediately following, join us for breakfast @ Benny’s on the Beach.
